  • Will you finance repair costs?

    Yes. We will hold the repair amount in escrow and release the money in escrow draws as the repairs are completed.

  • What is the minimum credit score required to get a Buy and Hold loan?

    In Texas, we have a Buy and Hold loan that has no minimum credit score.  In other states, we require a minimum FICO score of 600.

  • Will you finance a house I want to live in?

    No, we only provide loans for non owner-occupied properties.

  • Do you lend to companies?

    Yes, we solely lend to company entities, among them LLCs and corporations.

  • How do you handle funds for property repairs?

    At closing, the repair funds for a property will be held in escrow for release in draws.


    We do require that the borrower have 25% of the repair costs in liquid assets, so that the repairs can begin.


    The borrower will submit an escrow draw request, and within 24 hours, one of our loan servicing specialists will review the request. The funding is usually released within 48 hours after the request, as long as adequate documentation has been provided. 


  • What are the minimum and maximum loan amounts you provide for Buy and Hold Loans?

    Our loan amounts have no minimum and can go up to $1MM (with exceptions).
